TERMS AND CONDITIONS - RGC Form 0219
Changes, Reschedules and Cancelations:
Orders are subject to a minimum 20% cancellation fee. Moving out the requested ship date in excess of 60 days will be considered a cancellation. All requests for credit returns must be made within 45 days from the original ship date. Product must be unused and in the original packaging. A minimum restocking charge of 20% will apply unless otherwise stated. Custom configured products and non-stock items are non-returnable and non-cancellable (100% cancellation/restocking fee). Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable Items: Products listed as NC/NR status (Non-cancelable and Non-Returnable)
Progress Payment applies to all engineered, custom configured products and non-returnable items (NC/NR-P product designation):
1/3 at time of order entry
1/3 at time of customer approval on engineering design drawings (if not applicable, balance is due at time of shipment)
1/3 at time of shipment and invoice, net 30 days
Return Freight / Restocking Fee: RGC reserves the right to charge cancellation and restocking fees, at a minimum rate of 20% to be deducted from the Customer refund. RGC does not refund the original shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges. RGC does not accept COD shipments.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s), RGC will advise of the refund status. In the case of factory warranty or failure analysis, RGC will issue any applicable credit pending manufacturer confirmation of failure.
