New Omron Adept Robot Wellness Service
The OMRON Adept Wellness Service provides a complete preventive maintenance service for your robotic system, ensuring that that the system is well maintained and reducing the risk of unplanned downtime.
During the on-site visit, an Omron certified Field Service Engineer will perform all recommended factory maintenance activities and complete a comprehensive 21 point inspection of the robot. At the completion of the inspection, you will be given a report that documents the details of the service along with a list of any additional repairs or services needed to maintain the robot. Available for both our fixed and mobile robots, an annual Wellness visit saves money by finding concerns early that can be corrected before more expensive damage is done.
If you schedule a Wellness visit for your fixed robot prior to March 31, 2018, Omron will include an encoder backup battery at no additional charge-(a $175 value).*
*To ensure robot calibration and full functionality, replacement of the encoder backup battery for a fixed robot is recommended every 24 months.
